Anyone know about 94.7 in Jax?

Does anyone know about this station? Picked it up on my car stereo yesterday. Pretty bad mono signal, seems to reach maybe as far south as Emerson or University on I-95. Mostly reggae music, but heard ads for some night clubs on the northside.

Might be a pirate.

That's what I was thinking too. A few years ago when I lived in St. Nicholas I recall finding a pirate signal around that space on the dial. It was so Jamaican I couldn't understand a word of it!
