Anyone know any more progress with 97.7 KLTO?

I wonder if Univision decided to keep the site in Cuero to just serve the Victoria area? They are still on the air as tejano "Tejano 97.7" I gues operation as there own local station. The Construction Permit Expires February 05 2006. Gues they might of decided 95.1 had a better coverage into San antonio than 97.7 would of.
