Anyone know anything about a LP station or full powered station Channel 47?

Does anyone know anything about a Spanish religious station on Channel 47 near or in Austin or San antonio? I can not find it anywhere in the FCC records.

KTXU-LP 47 West Lake Hills/Austin apparently runs Spanish religious network Reino Unido Network (reinounidonetwork.com) that originates from KVFW-LP 38 Fort Worth.

Are they back on? A family member in Austin had told me a few weeks ago that 47 appeared to have gone dark. Austin's LP channel 17 was also off the air after the demise of LAT-TV.

I believe Channel 17 is off, Channel 47 is back on. Last time I fliped around to it, it looked like they use windows media player to play video?? It had a picture of Windows, looked like something had crashed and windows media player was up.
Another question does LP stations need to go all digital? I read that there was no time limit, but they will sometime or another.

Eventually, they will, but you're correct: no timetable has been set yet. Once the full-service transition is completed, I'm sure the FCC will tackle that next.

Here in DFW 47 is now Univision not silent 34 is but 47 not silent

Actually, Univision in DFW is KUVN channel 23 -- 47 is KTAQ, a religious station.
actually KTAQ went digital so now KUVN-CA a Class A Power station is now showed on 47

KTAQ's analog signal on 47 should still be on, but coming from Greenville, it shouldn't cover much of the Metroplex - only the northern and eastern suburbs of Dallas.Their digital signal on 47.1 (46) comes from the main antenna location south of DFW, which is why you now can get it in Decatur. KUVN-CA is in Fort Worth, so there should be no interference to KTAQ's analog signal. They've been on 47 for nearly five years, having moved there from channel 31.
