Anyone know if KBPA Bob FM in full HD?

When they put in the new antenna did they up the HD power to full coverage? My HD Radio has it about 73db but I'm only about 15 or so miles from the tower. I wish all the HD stations would go to full power HD.
 
The digital sidebands cause problems for my analog radios. It's most noticeable in my car radio using the seek function. When I come up on an HD station the tuner will lock onto the sideband instead of the main signal. Then I have to tap up to the main channel. With multiple HD stations on the dial that gets annoying and discourages channel surfing.
