I keep hearing Whistle while you work...and Bob the builder so obviously WBLF IS becomming something new

I have heard Tor Michaels is the News Director or something like that.

Anyone know of what we can expect for prorgamming?

I have heard the Rush rumblings and as nice as that would be for Rush Fans locally, I just do not think the area can support another talker between WRSC's News Talk format and WMAJ's Sports talk deal.

Rumor has it they commissioned Vallie/Richards for an auditorium music test of 800 titles and followed it up with one-on-one perceptual studies and determined that if they play the top testing song - WHISTLE WHILE YOU WORK while having Tor Michaels do a newscast every 11.4 minutes they could potentially fill a void left by WRSC, WPSU and WMAJ. The report showed that BOB THE BUILDER scored very high as a station vocie with a 47.2% STRONGLY LIKE as compared to a 15.2 for Mitch Craig (this is in Bellefonte only).
