Sportsnet New York aka SNY is missing from the Comcast Line-up where I live. It's on Channel 26. On Channel 26 are color bars with the words "CDOC UPLINK". What does that mean? The listings for SNY are still on the digital box for Channel 26. I should mention my mom is a COX Subscriber and SNY is fine.
