Anyone Know What This Was All About?

I've seen that picture before. Obviously he's hanging outside of 30 Rock. It might have been right after GE sold NBC Radio (hahaha)

Just kidding...obviously about 30 years before that happened. I'd say "collecting MOS," but that would be joking too.

I think those windows have since been sealed so that can't happen again.
