Does anyone know what's going on with WXCT, WSPR, and WACM?

From January 2012 until March of this year WXCT 990 simulcast WSPR 1270 from Springfield, Mass. (Monday-Friday) The reason this ended was because a new LMA took over WSPR. This new person who was LMAing WSPR also announced he was buying WSPR's sister station WACM 1490.

From March 2012 until June 2012 WXCT continued running a Spanish/Tropical format, but they weren't simulcasting any other station. About 2 weeks ago WXCT resumed simulcasting WSPR. As of this week WXCT is now simulcasting WACM 1490.
