Anyone know why KARN-FM 102.9 was so weak this morning?

I'm in Conway and could barely hear it on the boom box in my office. Very weak with lots of white noise. Just after 1PM, the signal gradually came up, went back down, then came up again and stayed up. I've been listening for the past hour and it's been normal ever since.

My guess is that it may have something to do with this past weekend's severe weather (?) Anyone know for sure?
