Anyone know why WKIP1450 Does not stream their station ?

If they're mainly syndicated talk, there's probably no need to. Usually there's another station within range to hear the same programming. It's also been my assumption that some programs (for whatever reason) even on stations that DO stream, aren't permitted (through licensing agreements I believe) to stream that particular program.

Someone correct me if I have that wrong.

Exactly. Unlike other news/talk stations upstate ie WGY, WSYR, WHAM etc. WKIP is entirely syndicated. No local hosts what so ever besides top of the hour newsreaders I believe, if they even have that. So really it's not worth streaming when you can usually stream from the host's website.

The schedule?

Same thing here with 99.3 which is now WKIP-FM as "News/Talk 99.3" with liners done by CBS-FM's own voiceover guy Ziggy:

Sadly there's is no "Solid Gold Jukebox" on this station anymore, because Rick McCaffery retired back on Halloween. Why isn't listed as "Solid Gold Jukebox with Rick McCaffery"? If you missed the oldies show, my best bet will be WKNY on Saturdays playing your favorite oldies from the 50's, 60's and 70's with Warren Lawrence.
