Looking at the FCC data base it states it belongs to Sprint.
Google map shows 60db contour as a cell tower also states it's a directional antenna.
Notice that they did ask for and was granted,
Did you hear them today? Sure it was KQXI ?
Pretty fast as they just was granted on 3/01/2013, somewhere I read on there.
But this states it was only accepted for filing on this date.
