Anyone remember the movie Zoo Radio

This was some B movie I saw in the early 90s on USA UP ALL NIGHT with Gilbet Godfry,,,,,Remember him.... Anyone ever seen this movie, It was very much a comedy more so than being serious about running radio. If you havent seen it, look for it on Ebay or something.
 
Never heard of the movie but if it was that bad, it probably didn't get a wide release. I do remember "Up all night" and Gilbert. He was very obnoxious. Haven't seen him on TV for quite a while now.
