They have no desire to try and carve out a small piece of the Albany pie when they have all of southwest Georgia to themselves. Cant say I blame Doug and Jim, either.

I'm sure they are doing well as a big fish in a small pond as opposed to trying to be a small fish in a large pond. I'm not so sure I would disagree with that strategy, either, although to some Albany might be pretty tempting.

Too many people fall for that strategy....and fail. They concentrate on Moultrie and Colquitt county. Pulling some business from Adel and Camilla, Tifton, Sylvester and a little Thomasville. Put their eggs in several baskets instead of all of them in the Albany basket.

I was just underscoring your point. You see it everywhere. We have stations that can hardly put a 50 dB or .5mV/m signal into Louisville trying to cover it all the while leaving money on the table out closer to the transmitter.
