Probably should make that nomination, maybe then with complete leverage and control happiness will ensue. I know and many (most) of you know as well that FM is line of sight SO depending on the height of the antenna on the tower (FAA, there's another board nomination) and the legal power limit pertaining to adjacent signals etc, etc, this determines the footprint of the station.
For three solid mornings, since getting "upgraded" to a more powerful signal from DBT to USD (formerly RJM), I hear the former Queen lamenting to her subjects about the fact that some can no longer hear her. Yesterday even gave the GM's name and number on the air so they could call and tell where they can't hear her (KC added please be nice, he signs our checks). This mornings' roll call had check-ins from Freeport FL, Defuniak Springs, Enterprise, McKinzie (MS, around Andalusia) but nothing much from Houston and Henry counties other than reports of "You're there but lots of static".
So, by choice, leave a 100k with tower height and good signal pattern centralized around a good half of the MSA's population to 100k a station being bought out of bankruptcy with transmitter and tower issues (gee, couldn't see that coming) and complain about it (trying to sound constructive and positive on air in doing so) constantly on air. I'd guess that it is all about getting the listeners what THEY want so as to "document" the situation to the FCC to get approval for a tower switch (TRP tower is further west, see DJR specs, also not owned by an in-law of former signal owner). It is after all, "All about you, the listener".
Therefore, I say, save the listeners the pain and anguish and let us insist she be put on the Commission in order to fast track her...I mean the listeners.... desires, get ownership and management and engineering relief and have someone on the commision who knows real radio :

The puppies nose continues to warm.........
