APHEX 230 Microphone Processor Settings

I just got my hands on an Aphex 230. I've paired the processor with a Neumann TLM 103. Does anyone have any settings or suggestions that they'd like to share? Any help would be appreciated greatly! Thanks! -Joe
 
Those are good processors. I use the 230D in my two digital studios with RE-20's. I have been very happy with them. Just don't overdo the EQ.
 
I thought the de-esser in that unit was really good. Very easy to use, just twist the single knob and listen.
 
I have 6 of them for my news/talk station working with Electrovoice RE-27s. In general I tend to have all the settings except input and gate at 12 straight up. It's a smooth but boomy mic processor that gives our station a really pro sound with the guests and those who have thin voices.

One note of caution, the gate is very aggressive so that will be a subjective setting.
