Aphex 250 manual needed

It seems support from Aphex is sometimes hit or miss. You may just have to call them, which is how I experienced the best support. They don't seem to be "with it" when it comes to email support.
 
Glad they finally came through for you. I remember when I had my webstream I had a 2020 MKIII processor. Donn actually took the time to listen to my stream and suggest settings on the fly to improve my sound. I rarely see that in a customer support situation.
