Depending on the parts why not just call Aphex? I needed some replacement switches to repair a couple of 204 Aural Exciters and they were surprisingly reasonable.
 
I have done that. They want $15 ea + postage for some pots. I need 6 of them. It will be over $100 (US) by the time the order is made up, I was hoping someone on here had a dead/dying/junked one I could make 'one out of two' from. Cheers.
 
In my experience I wasn't able to second-source the parts so it looks like finding a "toaster" may be the only way aside from ordering the parts directly from the factory. Hope you're able to find some.
