APOLOGY!

I want to APOLOGIZE to EVERYONE about asking the same questions OVER and OVER again! I'm NOT the person that you ALL think I am! I'm just a person that wants to work in this market some day! My radio show at WBUL 1620 AM is growing! I have listeners in 30 states/7 foreign countries that listen on my website! So please except my ASTEEM APOLOGY! Dr Johnny P LoveTrain(aka LT from Cowhead/Brent and the SportChixs)

Relax LT, you can't take everything that your audience says personally. There are always going to be folks who like listening to you, (hopefully) and folks who either hate you, or think that you are just the radio equivalent of a sideshow freak. (guess which one has made you a "ratings juggernaut") Whichever it is, it means that someone is listening. You can't please all of the people all of the time.

When people get tired of hearing you ask the same questions repeatedly, consider this... Think of the last time you heard a really good comedy bit on the radio. Now think about the next time you heard it.... and the next time... and the next time... and the next time... and the next time... and the next time...

It sorta loses it's punch, doesn't it. One part of being a good broadcaster is the ability to keep moving forward. Be original... just like everyone else.

I know we have poked a little fun at you in this thread, but I hope you can see the real point here. It's the lesson! You came here looking for advice from people who do what you want to do, and I applaud that. There is plenty of good advice here, and a lot of crap. Hopefully you can tell the difference. Just don't take everything that is said about you personally.

Thanks for the apology. Now do us all a favor, and make it your last post.

Here's a wild suggestion:
When you see his name on a post.....

wait for it.....

DON'T READ IT!!!!

Just like no one forces you to listen to a dj or station you don't like, there's no need to read every post on this board.

Heathkit? sorry...but funny if you're old enough.
The old show biz adage "always leave 'em wanting more" could be applied.
