Apple Beats 1

Really not sure where to post this, but does anybody have any insight to how Apple's Beats 1 stations work?

Specifically, how they play out their audio? In the studio pictures it looks to be Wide Orbit is the playout system, but how are they sourcing all their music? Do they have like a direct pipe into their Apple Music catalogue, or are all their songs loaded specifically in for each station (like typical radio).

I've heard they are processed by Orban. It's a little tame for my liking, but it is Apple we are talking about.

Pretty sure it's all cloud based, as is their processing. Other than some studio recording capability, no long lines of equipment racks required.

It's not based in one place like a radio station. They have some studios in Cupertino, but their country stations are based in their Tennessee office. So some cloud-based service is likely. Perhaps similar to Sirius.
