Application for 99.5 Wichita Move-In

Any guesses on who will buy the frequency once they move into Wichita? I'm sure Connoisseur would love to have a 3rd FM in Wichita to maybe move The Wolf on that frequency to really give KFDI and KZSN a run for their money. Or maybe Russell Perry in OKC would buy it and bring Urban radio back to Wichita because there had been rumors floating around for years about him looking for a station in Wichita. Any thoughts?
