The new station would operate on frequency 89.5 MHz (channel 208B1) with an effective radiated power of 5,000 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 150 metres). Off the same tower as 88.7 MY-FM. Should give good coverage for Kingston.
