APR 2013 PPMs

COL, NCI, ODC still doing well at the top (nothing new). CVO saw a increase.. TVN still holding but not seeing shares it once did.

The ones I am confused on -- WHOK-FM shows a drop (now is this the reading from 107.1's encoder or 95.5's?) WNKK-FM shows no ranking but I don't see WZOH at all. [So either they have no PPM enabled on it, or no one is listening).

WYTS is beating 103.9.... Seriously if your getting beat by 1230 AM it's time for a FORMAT CHANGE! [Oh and get crackin' on that CP that will actually give you a decent signal in Columbus Metro].

and it's a shame that Salem does not subscribe to the book anymore.. I would really like an "Answer" to how The Answer is doing... Salem over the last month has put up a ton of billboards all over Columbus for 98.9.

So Salem has money for billboards but no money to subscribe to ratings?

WYTS up to a 0.5? Even with a third sports station in town now? That's interesting. When was the last time they were up that high? I haven't seen them higher than a 0.2 in months. It's a shame we can't see how 97.1 is doing.

IMO the Benghazi grilling, IRS profiling of tea party "public welfare" (LOL) organizations, and government intrusion into AP will probably have minimal lasting effect on the political landscape. However this trio of topics is a big gift to talk radio and should really help revitalize the ratings, including WTVN. If not, they have some major re-tooling to do.

Agreed. And with regard to Nabco, at a 3.1 share 99.7 is perilously close to the all-time lows it had a few years ago.

As much as you'd expect them to, I rarely notice much, if any, direct ratings impact from Billboard campaigns around here.

Looks like the move from 101.1 to 102.5 has paid off for WWCD. I noticed they beat Their Clear Channel rival X106.7. I noticed also that they are beating the Blitz too. I don't think WHOK will never get close to a 2 share again now that they are on 107.1. I think next month WZOH will be put in the ratings next month. I will like to see 97.1 subscribe to see how the 4 way sports competition would go.

I'd say nobody was listening to 95.5 after the format, and the 0.9 for WHOK is for the 107.1 frequency. Also I wonder if Hal Fish is noticing his WMNI-AM had a 0.0 for the month. So nobody is listening, not even for the Clippers, or NASCAR.

Highly doubtful they will subscribe.  But hopefully we'll get to see them soon anyway (and Mix and Sunny and Rewind and Answer, etc), because Nielsen, who is acquiring Arbitron, has a long history of very public ratings data release -- even demos and time slots.  So their mindset here may be very different than Arbitron's.  Of course, if it is subscriber complaints that drove Arbitron's policy in the first place, it may be more likely to stick.
