This being April Fool's Day, I thought we might try having a little fun here today. I'll go first:

BULLETIN......BULLETIN......BULLETIN......

The FCC, having finally lost its patience with station owners around the country continually abusing the rules regarding silent station operation......has begin yanking licenses en masse.

In this market, Peter Arpin, Craig Rapoza, Dr. Manolo Pazos, and anyone else in the ownership group of WALE-990, Greenville RI...have lost any and all legal right to continue operation of said station. License immediately reverts to FCC.

Calls are now officially "DWALE"....."D"....as in...DELETED!
