April Fool's help

Ok, look. I was going to post a clever April fool's thread here, but I have writer's block. I'm pretty sure it should involve Brad Carson, but I'm stuck after that. Please help!

:)

I think the bottom line is... it's getting hard to find radio April Fools tricks that are more unbelievable than how things have worked out anyway, especially in the last year.

April 1, 1987 I was working at a small middle Tennessee station. After working 12mid-6a I took a nap in our GM's office before anyone arrived. Thirty minutes later our morning jock rushes into the office and tells me I have to take over his show immediately. He did not look sick. A surprise snowstorm had started and he had to pick up kids from school. Fast forward to the regular run of school closings, Miss Emma's bridge club not meeting that day, etc. Callers told me this was a lame April Fool's jok and I could do better. I told them to look outside their windows. Oh, to have a tape of their obscenity-laden surprise.
