Arbitron & Jax Stations Sharing Audience

I'm curious if Arbitron reports listening/audience sharing among multiple radio stations/formats. It seems rare that most people listen to only 1 radio station. A fan of WAPE, for example, I bet would indicate listening to WFKS as well or a fan of country music would indicate multiple choices in that format etc.

I'm even more curious about WOKV. Given the huge audience during middays and afternoon drive, where does that audience go when they want music? I could be wrong but given the large number of men who listen, I would think WQIK and WFYV would get some benefits. Thoughts?

As I recall, there are two ways to find this info:
Maximizer can show a stations EXCLUSIVE CUME
(what % of your listeners are P1 to your station, P2, P3, etc.)

PD ADVANTAGE can show when you are P1 who is P2
and when the leave your station where do they go.

As for WOKV's dominance in Men, it also includes mornings
with Neal Boortz and their morning news.
Edited by preferprivacy on 02/14/06 12:58 AM.
