This means in all markets throughout the country, Arbitron will be enforcing a new policy of pay or you won't get the general market info which until now was public information.

If you are an owner in an Arbitron rated market and a non-subscriber would especially like to hear your input.
If not for money, then for what? Arbitron sells their research to people who pay. People who pay get to see the #s of all the stations. If you want your #s, then pay. The information that's publicly (the free stuff that you like) clearly states that its subscribers only. What could a non-subscriber sue for?
