Arbitron Numbers

Does anyone know when Terre Haute (market 209) numbers will be posted for Spring 08?

Arbitron's website says that the eBook is out on 7/24/2008 at 10AM. Maximi$er data will be released the day after. I suspect after 5PM on 7/25 is when the usual trade sites will put their numbers up, presuming that you don't subscribe or work for a radio station that does.

Looking forward to the numbers... Could be an interesting book. ;)

Looking at the 12+ Looks like Crossroads better do something with B102.7 and The Crock! Even their oldies station WAXI wasn't that good, but it was higher then their sister stations above. Another bad book for Crossroads, witch makes how many in a row? :(

I think a 3 share is decent for WSDM. Except that their oldies format had a 6 :p

Wow. Crossroads is a disaster. They had to put a lot of money into the former TV Weatherperson, Julie Hendrix, and have seen ratings slide. Their morning show on all B102.7 and The Crock are both terrible, their AM Combo is barely showing up in the book. How long until Adam Michaels is shown the door? He may have worked hard at it, but his show isn't very good, and it is pretty obvious the changes he made on the station as a whole didn't work. The hits that keep you buzzin? Buzzin right by the frequency maybe. Bye Adam, Next one up! One would think Doug Edge isn't too far from gone either. The place has gone nowhere but downhill the last 36 months.

How long until Crossroads runs out of money? Who buys them first - Emmis or Midwest? I'm not sure Emmis is in a buy mode like Midwest. Maybe a new player will make his way into the market? ???

Emmis shows a strong book yet again, and WMMC, a rimshot from Marshall is now 5th in the market?? Books must of landed in Illinois. Also WXTT from Champaign/Danville had a nice showing as a major rimshot signal. Maybe Crossroads would be better served trying a format like Xtra on 102.7 and blowing up Crock and making it an AC? That is what I would do.

First, Crossroads doesn't pay attention to Arbitron, so I'm guessing they are all passing around the Kool Aid and saying, it's a beautiful day!
As for B102.7, what a waste of a 50kw stick! They just don't seem to get it! And for the crock, I wish Party Marty well, can you amagine how he must feel to leave a class act like HI-99, and find yourself at the bottom.
And WAXI, very boring and dull. No need to post sugguestions, I don't think they will listen.

I disagree about the 36 months, but for the most part, I agree with everything else. Crossroads (at least B102.7) was on an upward trend for most of the last couple of years. Even with decent numbers from Arbitron, they couldn't make the numbers translate into dollars. They really need to reexamine what they're doing with the stations and, as I've said before, INVEST in the stations. As it was mentioned earlier in these posts, they probably won't listen to any suggestions, but if they were to listen to one thing, they would put some money into these stations before it's too late.
