Arbitron PPM for Memphis

Was reading the Nashville Tennessean this morning and saw where Nashville was going to "people meter" ratings soon. According to Arbitron, Memphis will go to PPM based ratings late this year.

Haven't heard of this before, but seems interesting. The sometimes cooked, "books" are about to become history.
Wonder if all the stations will be equipped with the required encoding equipment by the deadline?
