Arbitron ratings for the Visalia-Tulare- Hanford

I was looking at the Fall 2010 Arbitron ratings for the South Valley(Visalia) and KSEQ 97.1, KJUG 106.7, KCRZ 104.9, and KIOO 99.7 shows a 0.00 rating what's up with that?

I wonder if replacing Mark and Brian had something to do with it?

My guess is that Buckley & Westcoast chose not to buy Arbitron. So they come up as zero in the publicly released data. I think this happened with the Buckley stations in the Monterey Bay also.

Buckley's KSEQ 97.1 and KHTN 104.7 Merced does appear in the Fresno ratings for Fall 2010, as well with the current Arbitrens for Nov/Dec/Jan Westcoast's KJUG 106.7 used to appear in the Fresno Book but didn't this time. and also Luna's KQMA 100.5 that had a 5.3 in the Spring Visalia Ratings is not listed.

This site does, just click the ratings link at the top of this page, Fresno is ranked #66 and Visalia is #102.
Allaccess also has the Arbitrons.

I did notice that 103.7 has no ratings in Visalia, It did when it was KRZR and fell in the Fresno Ratings as well, CC , well, figure, KKBZ THE BLAZE, KFRR 104.1 and KJFX 95.7 shows up in the ratings in Visalia but not KIOO.
