Everyone in the biz knew Radio One put Y100 on auto pilot until the time was right to pull the plug. It has been stated, even on the corporate website, they know how to program to a certain audience and they do just that. Anything outside of the target audience is not in their interest. Some would say its narrowcast, but you can't blame a company for focusing on one specific demo.
With that being said, YSP is only going to gain ground on YSP with O&A at the helm. A flip to alt.rock is not necessary. Also, the final shoe has yet to drop (think WTHK)...
