Arbitron Sues Yates

In the Public Records section of today's Lufkin Daily News there is this entry:

The Arbitron Company vs. Stephen Yates, individually and DBA KYBI-FM

Does anybody know what that's about?

I still don't know the specifics of the Arbitron suit, but I've been told that when Arbitron sues a radio station it's usually over the station's misuse of Arbitron numbers and audience data without paying for it.

That's the only thing I've ever heard of Arbitron suing for as well.
