ARBS ????

I worked in Hilo radio (KWXX) back in the early to mid 90s. Why is it now, that the radio companies are not using the ARBS in Hilo? and if not, What is being used as their means of deciding who is numero uno?

Eastland does a survey once a year on Kaua'i, it was just published last week. I can easily imagine that the Hilo market, as well as the Kona and Maui market also uses Eastland.

My goodnes,, I thought for sure this particular board had gone to sleep. lol Thanks for the Eastland knowledge.
