As many countries plan on turning off their longwave transmissions, here's one that wants to start transmissions!
Looks like there will be test transmissions in August at 500W using a Nautel NDB transmitter.

Even with the excellent groundwave coverage of longwave, the power is going to be too low for practical reception outside of the local area. This is still a DX curiosity and wallow in nostalgia.

And they’re gonna get clobbered by Algeria’s Chaine 3, also on 252 with 1500kw.
