Are broadcast networks becoming obsolete 10-20 yrs from now?

You would think that the suits that run proprietary consumer products would figure out it almost always fails. Apple and Big Pharma might be the sole winners.
Yeah, and Apple came close to going over the edge a couple of times. What saved them was, at the moment when competitors were trying to figure out how to put music players in phones, Steve Jobs had his people figure out how to make the iPod make phone calls and take pictures.

True Apple in the 1990's was about to be gone until Steve Jobs came back and made it a legendary company in the 2000's.

Possibly even reverting back to the old days where they air reruns and first run syndication but on weekends on the affiliates could be reruns of streaming shows as everyone moves their money to streaming.

Like weekdays would be news and talk shows and game shows with some special sports programming.

Weekends would be News, Sports a few movies and e/I programming while overnights on ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox while any time on CW or My Network tv airing reruns of past Network shows like Big Bang Theory, 9-1-1, Good Doctor, the Chicago shows and possibly streaming shows that have ended now or in the future like Star Trek Discovery, The Ranch, The Upshaws, with a mix of shows that aired on both like Manifest.
