Are Bruno and Rome Friends?

I was wondering if anyone knew if Tony Bruno and Jim Rome are friends/do they like each other? I remember a few years ago at the Super Bowl on radio row Rome made reference to Bruno laughing in the background and he said Tony was one of the best in the business. But now I am not sure, they both do the same e-mail shtick and stuff...do these guys like each other?

And does Jim Rome do his show from the same LA studio that Fox Sports Radio does? If so, I guess that they used to see each other every day right?

Yeah, he does.

What about Tony/Pat O.?>>>

Better yet, are Tony and Pat O'Brien still friends? Tony has taken a few shots at Pat since Pat's infamous cocaine/threesome/voice-mail incident, and even uses a voice-mail snippet as a drop on his show. Pat was in Detroit during Super Bowl week, so I wonder if they crossed paths.

Let me get this out of the way, so that Ashwood's intern doesn't have to:

Bruno is a moron that walked away from a big pile of cash, blah, blah, blah
FSR rules
Andrew Ashwood is a genius
Van Earl was really good, no one gave him a chance
(thinking..um...oh, yeah...)
Clear Channel is a huge company and the greatest place in the world to work.
Ashwood is the smartest man in Sports Radio--no wait, all of radio.
Bruno is a has-been.
and finally...(speaking as Ashwood's intern)
I have destroyed Bruno and all of his fan's on this board yet again!

Hey intern-You can thank me by giving me a free Super-Size next time I see you at your paying job.

Classic! You forgot "Bruno is a loose cannon and no one wants to hire him because of his disdain for authority" or words to that effect.

As for the email bit that Bruno and Rome both do, who started it? I believe Rome did.

And since Bruno is doing it, is he mocking Rome when he does it?

Re: What about Tony/Pat O.?>>>

Tony may have just answered my question on the air. He was having some fun with a Pat O. drop from the infamous voice mail ("I wanna go crazy with you") and referred to Pat as his "former good friend."

I don't have any inside info or anything, but as a listener of both guys, I think it's pretty well established that they both like and respect each other. They used to play a Rome drop (or maybe it was the guy from MadTV doing Rome) on Bruno's FSR show a good bit where Rome would say "Bruno, get it through your dome". They used to work out of the same place when Bruno was at FSR, and that's how Siciliano started subbing for Rome.

Again, no inside info, but I'm almost 100% sure they like each other.

I wondered about that, too. They really used to seem like they were pretty tight on the FSR show (I'm assuming they crossed path way back when O'Brien was doing sports), and it seemed like Siciliano was pretty friendly with Pat, too. I didn't get to hear Tony's new show until a few months ago, and I was surprised to hear him playing that voicemail drop. Pat O'Brien was on a local morning show up here around Christmas, and he didn't seem to think it was too funny when the hosts brought up those messages.
