Are Enn Zed Eye Shortwave

As one friend put it, "They get out bloody well!"

That's an understatement on RNZI's 35 degree azimuth "pacific" service beam at 9700khz! This is my radio here in Alaska about 0705UTC Wed. June 26th. I'm about 4000 miles outside of their target zone!

Look at that signal level and the audio bandwith filter I selected! It sounded as good as FM Mono!!

RNZ reception during North American summer has always been quite good, even in the days of their original 7.5kw transmitters.

RNZ may be using their new 100kw Ampegon transmitter, which apparently has been testing recently.

RNZ Reception is good here year round, just gotta find which frequency is the best

since ive been here in the last 4 years, @Miss Tuned .. ive had at least a dozen people tell me about the same question on a yougov survey that they got asked. it is kinda funny... its to catch if people are paying attention rather then just blinding answering stuff
