Are Internet Radio Stations looking at ROKU for distribution?

Are any Internet delivered radio stations looking at the ROKU device as a way of increasing their reach and visibility? I've seen TuneIn.com and Live 365 on there but was wondering if internet radio say any value in IPTV delivery. Kind of like the Music Choice tiers on cable tv.

For me, I just pick up the free WiFi spots with my iHome boombox and snap on the iPhone in. On top of that, my boombox charges my iPhone so it never runs out of battery power. A $25 boombox plus a few bucks for batteries and able to do mobile locations with it is a great investment.

And, so far at least, the new version of CBS's Radio.com app for Android seems to have fixed the dropout/buffering issues that it had before. Or it could be my new smartphone. ;D

I don't know if Roku is talking to CBS & CC about porting Radio.com and iHeartRadio or not.

I didn't know TuneIn was on the ROKU device; that's something a lot of stations could promote. Thanks for the tip!

Nitemare, not a problem. Glad to help. What I was hoping to find out was do internet radio station operators see any value in establishing their own presence on the ROKU device as opposed to being just one of thousands of listings on the TuneIn ROKU site. Does the added availability of your content mean anything extra.
