Are most FM sports stations ESPN affiliates?

Most FM sports stations I've tuned into have tended to be with ESPN. The ones I know about off-hand:

105.9 Jackson
92.9 Hazlehurst, MS
99.1 Tuscaloosa
94.5 Birmingham
92.9 Memphis
103.5 Benton, IL
103.3 Dallas
103.7 Little Rock
97.7 Monroe, LA

As far as Fox stations go:

104.9 Meridian
104.5 Nashville
105.3 Dallas
106.7 Washington
103.7 Rhode Island
100.5 Saginaw/Bay City

I don't know of any FSR FM's right off.

I know I'm missing a lot more stations, but I don't get to travel around as much.

I presume you meant SNR FM stations. :D And there are at least two I know of;
97.1 Detroit, MI
98.5 Boston, MA

Also add into the ESPN FM camp:

97.1 Columbus, OH
93.1 Lima, OH
100.9 McConnellsville/Marietta, OH
106.5 Toledo, OH
105.7 Baltimore, MD
100.5 Madison, WI (formerly an FSR affiliate)

99.1/99.3 Knoxville, TN is an FSR affiliate, although they're local from 6a-7p, and carry local sports frequently at night.

103.7 Rhode Island
Sports radio can't be big in Rhode Island right? They have nothing there. No teams.

95.9 FM Melbourne Fl. just flipped to Sports (ESPN) No FSR nearby, But 620 and 740 air some FSR, THat is why I have XM

There is a minor-league team in Pawtucket. Plus, Providence is very close to Boston, so I would think that Boston sports have a very big influence on Rhode Island.

103.7 in RI is WEEIFM. It's a FSR affiliate, but runs WEEI programming out of Boston, so you only hear FSR on weekends and late at night.

WEEI has a nine-station network (or is it more now?) of simulcasts. Most of which are affiliated with the Red Sox, Celtics, and even the Patriots. Entercom even opened up the WEEI network to independent stations in New England a few years back.

Not all of them have all those affiliations; most notable is the Bangor AM/FM stations, where the Red Sox are on Stephen King's WZON/620 instead. And of course, WEEI itself is not the Patriots flagship, nor was it the official flagship for the Red Sox until a few weeks back (it was shared with sister station WRKO).

And there's the rumors of WEEI shifting to the FM dial, and possibly affiliating with ESPN Radio, given their recent vanishing act from the Boston market proper.

that JT the Brick fan club in Boston has to be jumping up and down now...
I know they are huge but I am suprised JT got on that quick
