Phase II of the Winter survey, Dec-Jan-Feb, will release Thursday 3/30 at 10:30AM.

The Winter quarterly releases Monday May 1 at 10:30AM

Are those the arbitrons from All Access/Mediabase or Radio and Records? Because I think R&R displays them around 4pm.<P ID="signature">______________

Those are the actual Arbitron release times. All Access and Radio & Records releases 12+ numbers at 5PM Eastern Time for each of the markets.
