Are the rules different in Chicago?

I couldn't get 'em 4 or so miles away with a big 'ol yagi turned their way.
Went to the record sale, saw the setup, but had been up all night at work the night before, so didn't have energy
enough to buy records AND try to help figure out why their 5 watts or whatever it was wasn't getting out.
As it turns out the car I rode there in had a totally broken radio

It was a great time and I got a huge stack of waycool 45s for about $20.
I heard a few of the streaming clips and the audio was very thin, at least the 2 or 3 I sampled.
