I would argue translators shouldn't count, since they simply expand the range off a full-service PBS affiliate. The four I noted are actual low-power PBS stations.

In Mississippi there is a translator at Columbia, MS and Hattiesburg, MS of WMPN-TV, Jackson, MS for Mississippi Public Broadcasting which is PBS for the entire state.
