Areas with the most PBS stations

Greenville/Spartanburg/Asheville might come close.
In the market itself are:

WNTV Ch. 29 Greenville
WUNF Ch. 33 Asheville
WNEH Ch. 38 Greenwood, SC
WRET Ch. 49 Spartanburg

and just outside, and available in some homes:

WGTV Ch. 8 Athens, GA
WUNE Ch. 17 Linville, NC
WNSC Ch. 30 Rock Hill, SC

But could some homes "just outside" the Greenville-Spartanburg-Asheville market also get Charlotte's WTVI channel 42? (NC's only PBS station not part of the statewide UNC-TV network)

I meant that these stations spill over into Greenville/Spartanburg/Asheville,
even though they are located in other markets (WGTV in Atlanta, WUNE and
WNSC in Charlotte), but yes, WTVI could very well spill over as well (not
sure about WUNG/58 Concord, NC). Possibly WRLK/35 Columbia spills over
as well, especially if it's picked up in Newberry County, SC.

Oh, I though you meant which PBS stations in what area were broadcasting digital on more than one channel, and who had the most PBS channels.

Dallas has one PBS channel.

The PBS FM Radio station in Dallas, is not yet broadcasting in Digital (HD). I would like to see them go Digital and put some great music on the other channels, etc.

There are no "PBS Radio" stations. The equivalent on the radio side is National Public Radio. No direct ties between the two, aside from links to CPB, I guess.

It's all the more confusing here, because Cleveland's PBS affiliate and NPR radio station are owned by the same people. ("ideastream", complete with the lower-case corporate name.) But that's just local. And many NPR/PRI/public radio outlets are owned by one educational broadcasting umbrella that also owns the TV station.

Though in actuality, it still equates to three channels, since they're tied to state-wide networks with identical schedules -- SCETV on WNTV, WNEH, WRET and WNSC; UNC-TV on WUNF and WUNE; and GPB on WGTV.
