Arizona Rattlers sign deal with AZTV

The Rattlers (remember them?) and the Arena Football League (replacing the moniker "AF1" as of today) are back, and signed with KAZT-TV to telecast 8 games this season, with one additional game on NFL Network. We'll see if the team and the league can come back from its one-year layoff.

No word on a radio outlet, if any, as yet.

Although many of the names are the same, the league is actually a new entity that bought up the intellectual property of the old AFL and AF2. Sort of like a radio station that assumes the calls and format of a defunct format/operation in a market.
