Arizona TV Nostalgia

TVWorldwide, thank you for posting that. YouTube had the raw footage posted, I didn't search for that. KNXV was live at the time, they both could have been and the crash was awful. It changed the Industry, nostalgic, and in the worst way imaginable
 
More than a decade before Good Morning Arizona went on the air for the first time, KTVK aired 11 AM Arizona Morning at, you guessed it, 11 a.m. Here's the only clip of that program I've ever seen online:

 
To celebrate the anniversary, here's a 1974 ad for KPHO's Eyewitness News as seen in the Arizona Republic (via Ancestry.com); this was before the station moved its late news to 9:30 p.m., and yes, KPHO used the Eyewitness News brand before KTVK adopted it in the '80s:
