- KGUN 9.x Tucson (Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC) has replaced Ion Mystery on channel 9.6 with BUSTED, a new OTA digital network from Free TV Networks.
- KPPX-TV 51.x (31) Tolleson (Inyo Broadcast Licenses LLC) has replaced Laff on channel 51.4 with BUSTED, a new OTA digital network from Free TV Networks, and has replaced Get TV on channel 51.7 with Game Show Central, a new OTA digital network from Game Show Network.
- KWBA-TV 58.x (21) Sierra Vista (Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC) has replaced Get TV on channel 58.8 with Game Show Central, a new OTA digital network from Game Show Network.
- KVPA-LD 42.x (34) Phoenix (Bridge News LLC) has replaced the MPEG-4 version of ShopHQ on channel 42.3 with Spanish-language beIN Sports Xtra ñ and has added channel 42.15 with English-language beIN Sports Xtra.
- K08QN-D Golden Valley (Bridge News LLC) is assumed to have replaced Fun Roads on channel 8.2 with RCTV and ShopHQ on channel 8.3 with BeIN Sports Xtra, and to have added channels 8.8 - 8.14 airing Bark TV, Right Now TV, FTF Sports, MTRSPT1, Outdoor America, National Black Television and BeIN Sports Xtra ñ, respectively. Channels 8.2 - 8.14 use AVC encoding (a.k.a. MPEG-4).
- K21FU-D Topock (Mohave County Board of Supervisors) has picked up most of the streams of KPNX 12.x Mesa, in addition to its own KPHO-TV streams, following the failure of Needles Community TV Club to convert K30BQ to digital. In order to air both, K21FU-D does not air the shopping channels, leaving its lineup is as follows:
- Prog 1 - KPHO-TV CBS 5.1
- Prog 2 - KPHO-TV Cozi 5.2
- Prog 3 - KPHO-TV DABL 5.3
- Prog 4 - KPNX NBC 12.1
- Prog 5 - KPNX True Crimes Network 12.3
- Prog 6 - KPNX Quest 12.4
- Prog 7 - KASW Grit 61.2 (from the KPNX feed)
- Prog 8 - KPNX The Nest 12.6 (instead of 12.5 on KPNX and other translators)
- K25QW-D Lake Havasu (LowCountry34 Media LLC) has been observed on air with four subchannels: 25.1 is Watchmen TV, 25.2 is supposed to be Right Now TV, but was blank, 25.3 is supposed to be Biz TV, but was blank, and 25.4 is FunRoads TV.
- K34QY-D Golden Valley (Bridge News LLC) is assumed to have replaced Fun Roads on channel 34.2 with RCTV and ShopHQ on channel 34.3 with BeIN Sports Xtra, and to have added channels 34.8 - 34.14 airing Bark TV, Right Now TV, FTF Sports, MTRSPT1, Outdoor America, National Black Television and BeIN Sports Xtra ñ, respectively. Channels 34.2 - 34.14 use AVC encoding (a.k.a. MPEG-4).
- KMCC-TV 34.x (32) Laughlin NV (Ion Television License LLC) has replaced Grit on channel 34.4 with BUSTED, a new OTA digital network from Free TV Networks, and has replaced Ion Mystery on channel 34.7 with Game Show Central, a new OTA digital network from Game Show Network.
- K26PR-D Needles CA (Good News Broadcasting Network Inc.) has been observed on air with the following lineup: Good News TV on 26.1, GNTV Latino on 26.2, GNTV Kids on 26.3, a different Good News TV broadcast on 26.4, and GN Music on 26.5.
- DK30BQ Needles CA (Needles Community TV Club Inc.) is confirmed to be off the air.
- K04SE-D Buckeye and K06QW-D Sentinel (Quad Marketing Group) have been transferred to Sunshine TV LLC. Quad Marketing Group and Sunshine TV are both owned by the same person, Michael Dagen, so the transaction is pro forma and no money was involved. The transaction has been approved by the FCC and has been consummated.
- KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Fortuna (KBFY LLC) has been granted an Engineering STA to move to a different tower within the antenna farm. Technical specifications: Ch 2; TL 33° 3' 10" N, 114° 49' 44" W (Black Mtn.); ERP 3 kW DA HP; HAAT 364 m / 1,194 ft.
- KVPX-LD 28.x Las Vegas NV (HC2 Station Group Inc.) selected, and was approved for, a new transmit location for its proposed minor modification to its license, which resolves the TOWAIR issues from the previous proposal, as the new location has a registered antenna. Technical specifications: Ch 28; TL 36° 6' 58" N, 115° 11' 12" W (The Rio Hotel & Casino); ERP 15 kW H / Unknown V; HAAT 107 m / 351 ft.
- KEGS-LD 30.x (24) Las Vegas NV (HC2 Station Group Inc.) has requested tolling of its construction permit to move to VHF channel 8, due to the request by KVVU-TV to restore VHF channel 9 to the table of allotments, meaning that KEGS-LD is no longer displaced.
- The FCC has renewed the license of KSNV 3.x (22) Las Vegas NV (KUPN Licensee LLC) until October 1, 2030.
- The construction permit authorizing KVVU-TV 5.x (9) Henderson NV (Gray Television LLC) to change to UHF channel 24 expired on March 2.
- The construction permit authorizing KEGS-LD 30.x (24) Las Vegas NV (HC2 Station Group Inc.) to change to VHF channel 8 expired on March 3.
- KVPX-LD 28.x Las Vegas NV (HC2 Station Group Inc.) is believed to have begun ATSC 3.0 operations on February 24.
