New station licenses
- KVYE-DT 22 El Centro CA (Entravision) has been granted a license to cover construction of its DTV facilities.
Returned to air
- Univision-owned translators KZOL-LP 15 (KTVW) and K21GC (KFPH), both of Safford, are back on the air after a temporary outage reported in March. It is likely that the stations were only silent for the night, or maybe for the weekend.
Construction permits granted
- K23JJ Kingman (Advance Ministries) has been granted a construction permit to build a new station on channel 23, but due to their agreement with Mojave County, owners of an existing station on channel 23, they will apply to move to another channel.
Applications filed but not yet approved
- K23JJ Kingman (Advance Ministries) has filed a displacement application to build their facilities on channel 10 per their agreement with Mohave County.
New filing window
- The FCC has opened a filing window for parties interested in operating a non-commercial/educational station on channel 26 to serve Brawley CA, which would also cover El Centro CA and Yuma AZ. San Diego State University has had an application filed for this allocation since 1996, but the FCC has opened it up to possible competition. The filing window opened with its announcement on June 14, 2007 and is set to close on July 20, 2007.
License renewals
- KSAZ-TV 10 Phoenix (Fox) has been granted a renewal of their license. The renewal also applies to commonly-owned translator stations throughout northern, western and eastern Arizona. They had not included Williams translator K43IE in their application, so technically, the station's license has expired.
