The following television licenses in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah have been renewed through October 1, 2030:

- K10RW-D Lake Havasu (Lowcountry 34 Media LLC) requested and has been granted a license to cover its power increase and antenna reorientation. - KTVW-DT 33.x Phoenix (KTVW License Partnership GP) has added ShopLC on channel 33.5.
- KUTP 45.4 (26) Phoenix (Fox Television Stations LLC) has rebranded as Catchy Comedy.
- KPPX 51.x (31) Tolleson (Inyo Broadcasting Holdings LLC) has merged TruReal programming into Defy TV on channel 51.5, has moved Grit to channel 51.6 and has placed JTV on channel 51.7.
- K30MM-D 31.3 Gila River Indian Co (Globe LPTV LLC) has rebranded as The Nostalgia Network.

- KKAX-LD 36.x Hilltop (Tri-State Broadcasting LLC) has consummated its transfer of control from Joseph E. and Rhonda K. Hart to 2 Bits Family Trust and transfer of 50% interest in the trust to Trisha K. Hart.
- K23BJ-D 36.x Lake Havasu City (Tri-State Broadcasting LLC) has consummated its transfer of control from Joseph E. and Rhonda K. Hart to 2 Bits Family Trust and transfer of 50% interest in the trust to Trisha K. Hart.
Construction Permits and STAs Granted
- KAZS 11.x Yuma (Gray Television Licensee LLC) requested and has been granted a channel change from VHF channel 11 to UHF channel 27. Its virtual channel will now be 27.x. Technical specifications: Ch 27; TL 33° 3' 10" N; 114° 49' 44" W (Black Mtn.); ERP 100 kW H/30 kW V DA; HAAT 475 m / 1558 ft.
- K10RW-D Lake Havasu (Lowcountry 34 Media LLC) has been granted a modification to its license to increase power from its current 25 Watt level and to reorient its antenna. - K35OU-D 21.x Tucson (Ventana Television Inc.) has been granted a Silence STA through August 13, 2023.
Construction Permits and STAs Requested
- KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Yuma (KBFY LLC) has requested a modification to its license, to change antenna and to move about 30 ft higher on its current tower. Technical specifications: Ch 2; TL 33° 3' 2" N, 114° 49' 41" W (Black Mtn.); ERP 3 kW DA HP; HAAT 389 m/1276 ft.
- K27PC-D Yuma (Jose Rivera Miramontes) has requested a construction permit to move to a new channel, as it has been displaced by new full-power television station KAZS. Technical specifications: Ch 26; TL 32° 40' 21" N, 114° 20' 10" W (Telegraph Pass); ERP 1.8 kW DA HP; HAAT 355 m / 1164 ft.
Requests for Rule Making
- Gray Television Licensee LLC was granted a rule making request to change the allotment of VHF channel 11 to Yuma AZ to UHF channel 27. Yuma's allotment is now channels 13 and 27.
Notices
- KFTU-CD 34.x (18) Tucson (Unimas Partnership of Tucson) notified the FCC of a reduction of power since March 7 due to a partial transmitter failure induced from a power outage. The station notified the FCC on April 6 that it had resumed normal operations as of March 17.
