New licenses

• KTAZ 39 Phoenix (NBC Telemundo) was granted a license to cover the construction of their new Phoenix facilities on channel 39. The Telemundo/Daystar swap is now complete.
• K28IY Kanab UT (Kane County) was granted a license to cover their original construction permit. The station had been broadcasting on channel 28 under an STA for some time.

New programming

• KMOH-TV 6 Kingman and repeater KEJR-LP 43 Phoenix (Bela Broadcasting) have dropped their Spanish independent programming and have switched to MTV Tr3s
• KMCC 34 Laughlin NV (Cranston II LLC, operated by Equity Broadcasting) has begun airing programming from Multimedios Television.
• KPHE-LP 44 Phoenix (Lotus Communications Corporation) has added Multimedios Television as its primary affiliate. They still broadcast the TV Inspiracion programming overnights and other off-hours.
• K67HO Laughlin NV (Smoke and Mirrors LLC) is now broadcasting a test pattern on a signal clear enough to be received about 15 mi. north of Lake Havasu City on a bad TV.

Returned to air

• K25HD Bullhead City (Lake Havasu Christian Television) has returned to air and has resumed broadcasting the Cornerstone Television Network, a Christian network based out of Pittsburgh.
• KQBN-LP 28 Prescott (Una Vez Mas) has resumed broadcasting after being silent for about two years. The station retransmits KNAZ-TV 2 Flagstaff and can be seen in far north Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise and Wittman.
• K35FH Flagstaff (Jerry Marth) has returned to air and has resumed rebroadcasting TBN station KPAZ-TV 21 Phoenix.

Sales

• The sale of KYUM-LP 2 Yuma (Hispanic Christian Community Network) to Centro Cristiano Vida Abundante has been approved by the FCC.

Applications filed but not yet approved

• K39FC Flagstaff (KSAZ License Inc.) has applied for a license to cover its construction permit to move to channel 39. The station is up and rebroadcasting KSAZ-TV 10 Phoenix on the new channel, and channel 68 is off.

Expired construction permits

• The construction permit for K35HA Prescott (Trinity Broadcasting Network) has expired. At one point, TBN had three active construction permits in Prescott; they sold one and have allowed the other two to expire.

Construction permits expiring in December

• K53IJ Prescott (KVFW-TV Inc.): Owners applied for license to cover 11/1. Still no programming as of 11/27.
• K20HY Quartzite (Yuma Broadcasting Company): Was likely to have been a translator for KYMA. Probably won't be built.
• K39FC Flagstaff (KSAZ License Inc.): Owners applied for license to cover 11/13. On air.
