- SagamoreHill of Phoenix Licenses, LLC, submitted a proposal to sell KASW 61.x (49) Phoenix to K. James Yager on October 17.
- SagamoreHill of Phoenix Licenses, LLC, submitted a proposal to sell KASW 61.x (49) Phoenix to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., on October 30, apparently negating the earlier proposed sale to K. James Yager.
- KPHO Broadcasting Corporation submitted a proposal to sell KASW translators K34EE-D 61.x Prescott-Cottonwood and K41JE Williams to Nexstar Broad
- K48NJ-D Needles CA (Tri-State Christian Radio) has requested assignment of its construction permit to Good News Broadcasting Network, Inc.casting, Inc., on October 30.
Construction permits and Special Temporary Authorizations (STAs) granted
- K39KW-D Yuma (Arizona Conference Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists) has been granted a permit to construct its station at a new location, near Yuma International Airport. The originally approved location, at the Telegraph Pass electronics site, has restricted stations to 1.8 kW ERP. Technical specifications: Ch 39; TL 32-38-31 N, 114-33-37 W (E. County 13th St. & S. Avenue 4 E); ERP 15 kW directional; HAAT 82 m.
- K50LV-D Prescott (Good News Broadcasting Network, Inc.) has been granted a six-month extension of its STA to change transmitter location and to operate on channel 32, while it awaits Mexican concurrence. The new STA expires April 8, 2015. Technical specifications: Ch 32; TL 34-29-25 N, 112-31-57 W (Mt. Francis); ERP 1.2 kW directional; HAAT 487 m.
- K04QP-D has been granted a six-month extension of its construction permit to raise its power. The station has until April 12, 2015 to complete construction. Technical specifications: Ch 4; TL 32-12-53 N, 111-0-20 W (Tumamoc Hill); ERP 2 kW non-directional; HAAT 153 m.
- K19JV-D has been granted an STA to operate with its new antenna at lower power and in a direction pointing away from Mexico while it awaits Mexican concurrence of its request to switch antennas and to rotate its main radial from 65° to 205°. The STA requests a main radial at 25°, in the opposite direction of its request, so that it can be on the air by the end of 2014. Technical specifications: Ch 19; TL 33-22-37 N, 112-13-31 W (Baseline Rd. & 78th Ave.); ERP 0.3 kW directional; HAAT -25 m. (33 m. AGL)
- K29KP-D has been granted an STA to operate with an omnidirectional antenna at lower power, while it awaits Mexican concurrence of its request to switch from a directional antenna to an omni-directional antenna at its originally-approved power. The station would like to be on the air by the end of 2014. Technical specifications: Ch 29; TL 33-9-39 N, 111-48-4 W (IR 68 & Stotonic Rd.); ERP 2.7 kW non-directional; HAAT 1 m. (33 m. AGL)
- K17JQ St. George UT (EICB-TV East, LLC) has been granted a construction permit to flash cut to digital. Technical specifications: Ch 17; TL 37-3-50 N; 113-34-22 W (Webb Hill); ERP 1 kW non-directional; HAAT 62 m.
- The Regents of the University of New Mexico and the Albuquerque Board of Education have filed an application for a new translator station for KNME, to serve Zuni Pueblo NM and points along SH 53 into Arizona on channel 43.

- K40KZ St. George UT (EICB-TV East, LLC) has requested a digital companion channel. Technical specifications: Ch 15; TL 37-3-50 N; 113-34-22 W (Webb Hill); ERP 1 kW non-directional; HAAT 59 m.
Dismissed, canceled, expiring or expired
- The FCC has dismissed KPCE-LP's application for a companion digital channel on channel 49 due to Mexican objection. The proposed station was too close to a co-channel allotment in Nogales, Sonora, 70 miles to the south.
- The FCC dismissed KCOS-LP's license for failure to renew then reinstated it after discovering that the station had submitted a renewal application.
- The FCC has canceled the license for KTUD-CD 25.x (20) Las Vegas NV and dismissed its license renewal application, due to failure to broadcast within a one-year period.

- The FCC granted license renewals through October 1, 2022 to 160 TV stations in Arizona, Nevada and Utah. See the license renewals post for a complete list of stations.
