* KMOH-TV 6 Kingman (Bela) was granted a license to cover the construction of their DTV facilities on channel 19.
* KYMA 11 Yuma (Yuma Broadcasting Company) was granted a license to cover the construction of their DTV facilities on channel 41.
New programming
* KVSW-LP 38 Winslow (Village Broadcasting) has affiliated with America One.
* It has been reported that KVFA-LP 6 Yuma is on the air, broadcasting a mix of home shopping, Christian, and Spanish-language programming. I was not able to receive the station on a recent trip to Yuma and suspect that the one who reported it might be confusing K36FO El Centro CA with KVFA-LP's digital companion channel request for channel 36.
DTV conversion
* K04AI Prescott (KSAZ License) has applied for a digital companion channel on channel 39.
* K25DM Phoenix (Latin America Broadcasting) has applied for a digital companion channel on channel 50, located on South Mountain (analog channel is on North Mountain).
Modifications to construction permits granted
* Silent station KDFQ-LP 24 Prescott (Una Vez Mas) was granted a modification of the broadcast pattern on their construction permit on channel 47. The station has been silent since October 15, 2005 and must return to air this month to preserve the license.
* Silent station KQBN-LP 28 Prescott (Una Vez Mas) was granted Special Temporary Authority to build temporary facilities on Towers Mountain near Crown King, about 1200' from their licensed location, and operating at reduced power. The site on the White Tanks mountains west of Phoenix did not work out. I believe it was due to interference to co-channel KCOS-LP 28 Mesa. I could receive KCOS-LP in Surprise, which is right in the heart of the White Tanks location's broadcast pattern. The station has been silent since October 15, 2005 and must return to air this month to preserve the license.
Station sales
* The FCC has approved the sale of the construction permit for K20IQ Flagstaff from Telecom Wireless to Una Vez Mas.
Canceled license
* The license for KTFL 4 Flagstaff (WTVA Inc.) has been canceled and callsign deleted.
